Perdika Ionion Villas are located in the village of Perdika in the prefecture of Thesprotia, harmoniously combining mountain and sea. The villas are situated in a unique location on a lush green hill between Corfu, Igoumenitsa, and Paxos, offering stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
Perdika Ionion Villas consist of three stone villas, fully furnished with modern amenities, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Each villa covers 80 square meters. The complex features an outdoor swimming pool with a shared surrounding area and open parking space.

On the ground floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with a shower cabin. One bedroom has a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool, while the other has two single beds and a balcony overlooking the street. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV and air conditioning.
On the upper floor, there is the kitchen and the living-dining area (open plan) along with a small WC. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. Free internet access is available for your use, as well as a TV and air conditioning.

Beds: 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room

On the ground floor of Villa 2, you will find two bedrooms with double beds. On the same floor, there is a spacious bathroom with a shower cabin. Both rooms are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, and a balcony. One balcony overlooks the pool, while the other has a view of the street.
